MEDICINA TRADICIONAL CHINA: EL RELOJ BIOLÓGICO

CHINESE TRADITIONAL MEDICINE: THE BIOLOGICAL WATCH

According to different studies of the Chinese traditional medicine, the human body is capable of detoxifying, nourishing and repairing its organs, in turn balancing emotions; solely for the purpose of well-being.

But for this we must do it with specific schedules, I explain; We must know and learn the hours of each organ since they all have specific schedules, thus allowing them to be better prevented and controlled.

The MTC says that the human body has a schedule for each action and we call this schedule the Biological Clock, which will be distributed in 12 energy meridians 24 hours a day, stopping for two hours for each organ and meridian; as follows.

Liver meridian, which runs from 01:00 to 03:00 hours: this would be a very important time for rest of the mind and metabolism, during this time the energy of the liver cleanses the emotions, the mind and the blood.

Lung meridianFrom 03:00 to 5:00: Here we must sleep soundly, be very relaxed. We could also at this time (in case of not being able to sleep) perform special breathing exercises accompanied by meditation, to improve the body's oxygenation and start the day with a clean and fresh mind. It is the Lung, in the MTC, responsible for distributing the most subtle vital energy.

Large intestine meridian, From 05:00 to 07:00: This is the time to get up, drink a cup of hot water and meet natural needs. We can massage ourselves in the abdomen in case of suffering from constipation and discomfort of the colon.
