All of our orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days after payment,

We will do our best to meet the estimated shipping times, but cannot guarantee them. The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Due to COVID-19 outages and possible carrier delays, there is a possibility that your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date

CASH ON DELIVERY :

This payment method has an extra cost of € 3.99 per order and is only available for Peninsula
If you have chosen to deliver your package to your home, you must pay the amount in cash

Canarías, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

  • Tracked Shipping (Regular Mail): 2 - 10 Business Days
  • Tracked Shipping (Registered Mail): 2 -6 Business Days

Transit times to Europe:

  • Shipping without Tracking (Ordinary Mail): 2 -15 Business Days
  • Tracked Shipping (Registered Mail): 2 -10 Business Days

Transit times to USA:

  • Shipping without Tracking (Regular Mail): 8 -18 Business Days
  • Tracked Shipping (Registered Mail): 7-18 Business Days

Transit times to Mexico:

  • Shipping without Tracking (Ordinary Mail): 15 -50 Business Days
  • Tracked Shipping (Registered Mail): 7-30 Business Days

Rest of the World: 7 - 30 business days

* In the event that your item is created upon request, Shipping transit could be longer, we need time for manufacturing, preparing and shipping, please be patient, the wait will be worth it.  

Tariffs and customs duties

It is not usual but in such case the buyers will pay the applicable customs duties and duties. We are not responsible for delays due to customs formalities.

 

Client Protection Policy

If your items are not delivered more than 91 days after shipment, you will receive a full refund or a resend of your order.

Please note that the customer protection policy does not apply in cases of a wrong, incomplete and / or misspelled delivery address given by the customer. It is the responsibility of our dear customers to review their data.

Please note that if you want to modify your delivery information for your order, you can do so within the first 24 hours after your payment, before your order is shipped.

In any other way, it will not be possible to refund or resend your order.

 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE?

‘We are here to help’ and we carry that in our hearts. Therefore, you can return or exchange the products purchased within 14 days of purchase, we make it very easy for you.

Due to our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer to return it.

You have 30 days (from the day after receipt) to return an item and request a refund of the full amount (less return and shipping costs). Refund is only offered if the Products have not been used and are returned in their original condition.

You will receive a refund within 12-15 business days from return. This period includes the return transit time, the time it takes us to process the return and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request.
